Steve has a 15 year record of success, tireless dedication, team management and enthusiasm in all aspects of business. Steve's most recent position was at Arthur J. Gallagher, Inc., the 4th largest insurance brokerage firm in the United States with over $1.5 billion in annual revenue.
At Arthur J. Gallagher, Steve was the Senior Vice President responsible for producing and controlling reinsurance business in conjunction with Arthur J. Gallagher, Inc.'s London operation. His responsibilities grew to manage and develop a team of reinsurance intermediaries throughout the United States. Steve was a prominent member of the management team and worked with other executives at Arthur J. Gallagher, Inc. throughout the world to develop strong product branding in the insurance industry.
A native of New Rochelle, New York, Steve graduated from Lehigh in the top 10% of his class with a B.S. in Finance. His career as a reinsurance intermediary began in 1991 at Pearson & Georgi with clients including CNA, AIG and Lloyd's of London. His responsibilities and sales initiatives included interacting with top-level executives such as Hank Greenberg at AIG. At Jardine Sayer & Company, Steve continued to excel by adding top insurance companies such as Liberty Mutual and Clarendon National to his list of clients. Every client moved its business to Arthur J. Gallagher in 2002 when he joined the organization.
As Chief Operating Officer, Steve focuses on the operations at One Key, including sales, acquisitions of prospective properties for the One Key portfolio, and all legal affairs.
