| Greg Loeber, Vice President, Operations
Greg Loeber brings more than 10
years experience in hotel and hospitality-related operations, consulting and
entrepreneurial ventures to his role as Vice President of Operations for One
Key.
Greg joins One Key from TravelCLICK,
Inc., the leading provider of electronic media, data, and e-commerce solutions
for the hotel industry, where he served as Director of Operations. Greg’s
responsibilities included oversight of TravelCLICK’s worldwide account
management, quality assurance, media planning, and website marketing
departments, which comprised over 100 employees spread throughout the company’s
Chicago, Houston,
Barcelona, Melbourne and Hong Kong
offices. Greg also served as the operations lead in numerous new product
launches, acquisition integrations and organizational restructurings; was a
member of the Executive Committee providing input on the strategic, operational
and financial direction of this high-growth company; and instituted key
operational metric reporting that served as a benchmark to improve system-wide
customer service and improve management’s visibility into the company’s
operational health.
Previous to TravelCLICK, Greg was
co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of HotelRevMAX, a New York City-based
data aggregation and reporting company specializing in real-time revenue
management tools for the hotel industry. Greg’s major milestones with
HotelRevMAX included co-managing the raise of approximately $4M in seed and
follow-on rounds of financing, operationally integrating two complementary
product acquisitions, developing and growing a customer service and quality
assurance platform that supported 1,000 hotel customers, and spearheading the
operational integration of the company into TravelCLICK following the sale of
the company’s assets in 2003.
Prior to these corporate
operational roles, Greg held Consultant to Director level positions with the
hospitality-focused consulting firms of PKF Consulting and Horwath Landauer in
New York City.
While with these firms, Greg performed or managed numerous single and
multi-asset real estate, operational, and financial assignments for economy to
luxury hotel properties around the world. Greg entered consulting after holding
various front and back-of-house operational roles in the U.S. and U.K., where his discerning eye for
quality service was honed.
Greg holds a B.S. degree from the
Cornell University School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in
development & design. He is also an active member of Cornell’s Hotel Society
and serves as a Director on two philanthropic/education-related
boards.
As Vice President of Operations,
Greg serves as the primary liaison between member services and corporate
operations, helping to ensure that One Key’s systems integrate seamlessly and
support a refined service process from member acquisition to luxury vacation
delivery.
