Matthew has been in the sports and gaming trading card business since the early 90's and as an entrepreneur, has led the growth of his business, Beckett Associates since taking over as Owner and CEO in December 2000.

Beckett Associates is the industry leader in distribution, merchandising, and sales of Trading/Gaming Cards and licensed team sports products. Highly specialized in the retail supply chain management and servicing industry, Matthew brings vast knowledge of supply chain management and operations to One Key. Overseeing international operations and a world class roster of accounts including portfolio for distribution and merchandising encompasses more the who's who major retail accounts such as Wal-Mart, 7-Eleven, Duane Reade, Kroger's, Amazon.com, Overstock.com and NEXCOM Naval Exchange, Mr. Bayer has built an organization which services over 6,000 doors weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly in mainland United States, Canada, Hawaii, Guam, and Japan through a workforce of over 600 employees internationally.
