How flexible is One Key? One Key is extremely flexible. Your Travel Card purchase represents a one-time fee, and once you use your nights, it's renewable when you choose. Reservations are subject to availability and require requests only 30 days in advance on standard travel weeks and 180 days in advance on peak travel weeks. One Key offers much more lenient usage terms during holiday periods than other vacation club offerings that often black out these popular dates. Are there any upfront or long-term initiation fees to join One Key?
No. One Key is designed to be simple. Our Travel Cards are either 15, 25, or 45 nights. Depending on which Travel Card is right for you, you will pay a one-time fee and enjoy the many benefits of being a member. back to top

Does One Key own the homes I'm staying in?
No. To our members' benefit, we are not a real estate company and therefore not interested in only choosing locations which offer us the most long term appreciation on an asset. Our philosophy is simple: we go where our members want to be and partner with those who give us access to quality homes and One Key provides services our members expect. back to top
Where can I go with One Key?
Where do you want to go? One Key is structured to allow maximum location options and flexibility. We have established working relationships with homes in many desirable locations within the U.S., Canada, the Carribean and Mexico. If your desired destination is not represented on our map, chances are that we have a relationship in the destination you desire and can work with you to fulfill your dream getaway. One Key's Service
What are the costs associated with a One Key membership? A One Key Travel Card Membership is available for a single up-front fee of either $34,900 for 15 nights, $49,900 for 25 nights, or $84,900 for 45 nights. back to top
How are nights debited from my account? Nights are debited on a 1-to-1 basis for standard travel periods. For peak travel periods, because these weeks are highly coveted, One Key will debit 2 nights from your account for each night of your stay. This is one more way that One Key is able to offer you flexibility in your vacation planning. In other destination clubs, access is either restricted based on membership levels or capped based on inventory constraints. With One Key, you have a choice to ensure you get where you want to go, when you want to go. back to top
How does One Key ensure availability? One Key is fortunate; we're not a real estate company buying up assets with members deposits and waiting for them to appreciate. We're not locked into the homes we own. This flexibility enable us to create relationships with a wide range of individuals and companies who own and manage luxury homes. In turn, we offer greater access to these homes in a member-focused, service-based company. back to top
How much personalization can I expect? Complete. Our Member Services team will work with you to ensure that everything in your world is right. This includes all the amenity, service, and activity coordination that you want, such as tee times, lift tickets, snorkeling trips, theatre tickets and restaurant reservations. We'll also keep a running file on your interests and travel preferences and keep you up to date on developments in areas important to you.

Can guests use my membership in my place? Yes. Anyone 25 years of age or older may use your membership in your place. Their guests may be of any age. back to top
Are children allowed in One Key homes? Absolutely. Children of any age are allowed in One Key homes with a permitted occupant 25 years of age, or older. Additionally, your dedicated Member Services Representative will recommend homes that meet your family's needs specific to each vacation. back to top
How can I trust that One Key will provide exceptional service? The individuals that comprise One Key embody a best of class attitude. Our internal goal is to always 'do what we say'. Born from the Marquis Jet philosophy of service, it's paramount our members enjoy their experience and because there is no long-term commitment, with every stay, we must perform to our best ability. What services will One Key provide while I'm on vacation?
Amenities and services are important. In addition to a thorough pre-planning of your time away with respect to restaurant reservations, tee times, spa treatments and other activities you may choose to participate in, we offer access to just about anything that will enhance your time away. Our Member Services team can secure babysitting services, private chefs and live-in-help. The term concierge is so loosely used these days. The truth is, we simply listen to our members and are responsive to their needs.
